GISU intend to develop a series of training modules on records management and recordkeeping for online delivery to agency staff.
Online training offers savings for both agencies and TAHO, and, by providing some content online, will enable us to offer training to smaller, remote agencies who may not be in a position to fund staff travel.
We anticipate that several modules will be aimed at an introductory level for records specialists, in preparation for more advanced face-to-face training programs.
We also intend to include modules for all agency staff on introductory recordkeeping responsibilities, email management, and modules for senior management and supervisory roles.
